Download UMANG App to access e-books, educational videos and audios, periodicals, and more
UMANG, also known as Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance, is an all-in-one app launched by the Narendra Modi government to encourage more people to adopt digital payment transactions in the country. The UMANG app is a unified application that can be used to avail a number of pan India e-government services such as filing income tax, making Aadhaar and provident fund queries, booking a gas cylinder, Passport Seva, among others.
An interesting feature available on the app for students, teachers, and parents is the inclusion of ePathshala which is an initiative of the government of India and the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).
Students will have access to e-books, educational audios, and videos, periodicals, learning outcomes, curricular resources, etc. The service can also be used by teachers to get access to educational content and teaching instructions. Parents can also use the portal for the same.

How to use UMANG:
• Download the UMANG app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Create your ‘Profile’ by providing personal details such as name, mobile number, age.
• You can also link your Aadhaar number to the app and other social media accounts.
• After profile creation, you can log in and go to the ‘Sort & Filter’ section to browse through the services and categories.
