1416 IAS Aspirants from across Nagaland participated in the Mega IAS Scholarship Exam conducted by ALS on 12th Oct 2019
More than 1400 IAS Aspirants from across Nagaland took part in the Mega IAS Scholarship Exam conducted by ALS in all District Headquarters of Nagaland on 12th October 2019.
The Scholarship Exam was conducted to select the Top 100 IAS talents of Nagaland who will be fully sponsored for their IAS training at ALS IAS Training centers in Kohima, Dimapur, Wokha, Mokokchung, Zunheboto and Mon under Chief Minister Corpus Fund.
This path breaking initiative taken by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Neiphiu Rio will give opportunity to Needy, Deserving and Talented IAS aspirants of Nagaland who are unable to afford quality education.
The Exam was supervised by respective Deputy Commisoner of each District along with their Nodal officers.
Results of the Exam will be declared on 16th October and Training for the selected candidates will commence their IAS Coaching from 21st October in Kohima, Dimapur, Wokha, Mokokchung, Zunheboto and Mon.
ALS would like to thank all the Deputy Commissioners and their respective Nodal officers who have worked day and night to get this Scholarship Exam executed and made it a grand success. ALS also extends their sincere gratitude to CMO, Chief Secretary Office and Planning Department for their continuous guidance and support.
ALS hopes to produce many more results in UPSC from Nagaland in the coming years with this initiative taken by the Government.
