IAS Scholarship Examination

This is to inform all concerned that an IAS Scholarship Examination will be conducted under Chief Ministers Corpus Fund 2019-20 in partnership with Alternative Learning Systems (ALS), New Delhi for aspiring Civil Servants from Nagaland as per details below:

1. Examination Details:

Date of Examination: 12/10/2019
Time: 11 Am – 1 PM
Examination Centre: Dimapur Government Higher Secondary School, Half Nagarjan Dimapur
Phek Government Higher Secondary School, Phek, Nagaland

Date for Results announcement: 16/10/2019

The examination will be based on UPSC Civil Services Examination pattern with MCQ Questions (100 Questions of 2 Marks each). There will be a negative marking of 0.33 marks for every wrong answer. Candidates are to bring only black ballpoint pen to the examination centre to fill up the OMR Answer sheet.

Age criteria 20 years and above on or before 1st August 2019

5) HSLC Admit card/ Marksheets or Birth Certificate.

(** Selection of students under the Chief Minister’s Corpus Fund Scheme sponsored by Government of
Nagaland will be based on Nagaland Reservation Roster List.)

4. Course duration:
One year Course starting from 21st October 2019 at any of the 6 (Six) ALS Authorised Learning centers in Kohima, Dimapur, Mokokchung, Zunheboto, Wokha, and Mon via cutting edge VSAT Technology where LIVE Transmission of classes being conducted in ALS Delhi campus would be given. The timing of the class will be from 02:00 PM to 06:00 PM every Monday to Friday with Weekly Current Affairs class on every Saturday.
