The first Badminton Legends Institutional Cup was held on September 4 with 11 institutions participating at Tetso College Arena Badminton Stadium. The event was sponsored by Kingsports Dimapur. The players consisted of a mix of state players and amateur teams.
The participating institutions were Fazl Ali College, SM College Dimapur, Diphu Government College, Christian Higher Secondary School, Delhi Public School, Dimapur, St. Xavier College, ICFAI University St John’s College, Japfu Christian College and Tetso College.
